It is an honour to capture a personal story through a commissioned painting. I've had the privilege of working with dozens of customers on bringing their memories to life through Home Portraits, Pet Portraits, and Story Portraits. Sometimes a memory is especially unique and requires a Custom Commission—whatever the memory, I'd be delighted to bring it to life through my art.
Home Portraits
They say that home is where the heart is—I have found this to be true. Or at least the people who make up the home is where my heart is, along with the years of cherished memories gathered together. A Home Portrait simply and beautifully captures these memories and feelings.
Pet Portraits
Is there any friend who checks all the boxes the way a pet does? The loyalty of your dog; the rhythmic purring of your cat. The no-questions-asked, I'm-here-for-you, steady presence of your beloved pet. A Pet Portrait captures that essence.
Story Portraits
Sometimes there are too many memories to choose from; there's too much story to tell. For situations like these, I offer Story Portraits. A Story Portrait is a montage of memories of a person, a family, or a legacy, for the times when the whole story has to be told—and remembered.
Custom Commissions
You have a special memory but it's not a home, and it's not a pet...it's something very specific and unique. It could be a place like a park or a church or a beach. Or it may not be a place at all, but rather a vision in your mind's eye that you need an artist to put on paper. I'd be happy to work with you on a Custom Commission.
