What I collect
When you place an order, I collect your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and what you bought. I need this to process, ship, and support your order.
When you pay, your card details go directly to my payment processor, Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
When you join my newsletter, I collect your name and email address so that I can send you news, new work, and subscriber offers.
When you browse the site, I use a small number of cookies (see below) and may collect basic, anonymous information about how the site is used.
How I use your information
- To process, ship, and follow up on your orders
- To send order confirmations and answer your questions
- To send my newsletter, if you’ve signed up
- To keep the site working and secure
I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who I share it with
I only share what’s needed with the services that help me run my art business:
- Stripe — to process payments
- Canada Post — to deliver your order (your name and shipping address)
- Mailchimp — to send my newsletter
- Postmark — to send order emails
- Google Analytics — to understand, in general terms, how visitors use the site
Some of these services may store information outside of Canada.
Cookies
I use cookies to keep your shopping cart and session working while you browse. I may also use analytics cookies to see how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
Newsletter
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
How long I keep it
I keep order information for as long as I need it for my records, including tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just contact me and I’ll respond as soon as I can.

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
