Refund Policy

Every order from Katrina Dawn Studio is carefully packaged and shipped with care. If something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

All sales are final

Because my prints and cards are produced in small batches, and each original and custom commission is one-of-a-kind, I’m not able to accept returns or offer refunds. This applies to everything in the shop, including commission deposits.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and cancelled orders will be refunded to your original payment method. After 24 hours, I’ve started preparing your order, so I’m unable to make changes. If you need to adjust something, contact me as soon as you can and I’ll do my best to help.

Damaged in transit

I pack every order carefully, but if yours arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. Once I’ve reviewed your photos, I’ll send you a replacement at no cost to you.
