Shipping Information

Every order is packed by hand in our studio in British Columbia, Canada, and shipped with Canada Post.

Where we ship

For now, we ship within Canada only. We hope to offer shipping to the United States in the future.

Processing time

Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Custom commissions have their own timeline, which we’ll confirm with you directly.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order within Canada.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, delivery within Canada usually takes 2–7 business days. This is an estimate from Canada Post and can vary, especially during holidays.

Tracking

If your shipment has tracking, we’ll email you the tracking number when it ships.

Packaging

Cards are shipped flat in protective sleeves. Original artwork is packed flat between rigid board to keep it safe in transit.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, and re-shipping may cost extra.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos — see our Refund Policy for details. If your parcel seems lost, get in touch and we’ll help track it down.
