An original watercolour sketch of El Tizate, a small village tucked into highlands of Guatemala. Rooftops of rusted corrugated metal top homes built from cinder block and cornstalk, clustered along the valley floor and strung together by a web of power lines. El Tizate is home to the work of the charity Global Shore Opportunities, which in its early years focused on housing construction—transforming homes for many of the community’s most impoverished families—and today operates a Christian school in the community.
